HIGHLIGHT: What started as a food truck, Indy’s and their wood-burning oven baked pizzas became so popular that the owners converted the business into a restaurant. The shop also uses the oven to smoke their own bacon. All dough is handmade at 5am the same day it is baked. However, be aware — because all their dough for the day is made in the morning, the restaurant closes once it is sold out. Try calling in advance to see how they’re doing.
RECOMMENDED: Indy’s does half and half pizzas for no extra cost, so take the opportunity to taste a variety of their different toppings such as local vegetables or house-made bacon, anchovies and smoked chicken.
