Usually dango is just balls of saucy mochi (glutinous rice cake) on a stick, but this shop takes it to a whole new level. Get your dango slathered with your favorite flavor, ranging from red bean paste, white bean, green soybean, peanut butter, sweet potato, sesame seed, and more. If you’re not familiar with these pastes, don’t diss it till you try it. They’re actually very sweet.

Shaved Ice かき氷 (kakigori)

If you visit in the summer, this shop’s mountainous heap of shaved ice (called kakigori) is sure to cure your heat fatigue. Topped with your favorite flavor, your mouth and your body will thank you.

Beware that I usually see families of 3~5 sharing one, so if you’re alone know that I’m cheering for you.

This sweet and savory kabob might just be one of the best flavor combinations ever invented. The sweetness of the mochi (glutinous rice cake) and hearty flavor of the meat all come together with the sweet soy sauce. It’s hard to tell whether it’s dessert or lunch, but who cares? Eat as many as you want. We don’t judge. (Although your digestive system might.)

They also have a bacon and melted cheese dango!

Other items include curry and rice, ice cream, and more.
