This honey farm makes and sells their own honey and also runs a small cafe out of an old-style Japanese house.
Their specialty is honey soft serve, made with honey they harvest themselves! The honey jars are at the tables, so you can put on as much as you want. The honey has a great texture when it gets cold from the ice cream.
They also have various other honey-themed drinks and sweets, as well as a light lunch menu. You can also sit in and walk around the garden in the back a bit, so it’s worth a visit for the atmosphere alone.
Hours: 9:00 – 5:00, closed on Wednesdays
Address: 515 Yawata, Tateyama-shi, Chiba-ken 294-0047
There’s a small parking lot outside, but it’s easiest just to park in the Welcia/Hamazushi lot next door and walk over.
